Your questions, answered
A few things you might be wondering.
Every property is different. If there is something you are unsure about, just ask.
Talk to our teamWe offer full and partial house clearances. Tell us which rooms and items need cleared, and identify anything that must stay so the agreed scope is clear.
Yes. A partial clearance can cover unwanted furniture and household belongings while you keep the rest. Tell us which areas are still in use and include any access needs.
Send photos of the rooms, larger items and the route out. Include the postcode, floor level, lift details and a brief list of what needs removed. Mention anything the photographs do not show.
Tell us the floor level and send photos of the stairs, landings and entrance. Flats without lifts can be assessed for clearance; the carrying route and larger items need to be considered in the quote.
The amount to remove, the size and type of items, any sorting and the access all matter. Share any date you are working towards so scope, availability and expected duration can be discussed before booking.
Reuse depends on an item’s condition and whether a recipient will accept it. Other contents need suitable recycling or disposal. Ask about particular items and their handling when requesting your quote.
